A group of * people used Uber to take a short local trip on Saturday, Sept **, ****. The person who set up the Uber was Carlos Perez *****@***.com. My brother who is handicapped sat in a drink that was spilled by a kid at the bowling alley were were at and due to his disabilities he was unable to feel the back of his pants were wet. The uber driver accused him of urinating in the seat. That would be impossible as he cannot urinate without cathing himself with a plastic tube. He also wears a diaper as he no feeling and would not know if he had a bowel movement. They are leak proof diapers as well. There is no way he could have urinated in the seat of the uber drivers car. It would be medically impossible. We were trying to explain this to her but she started speaking in another language and was pretending as if she did not understand English. It shows that ****** POS PREUTH UBER * TRIP QNR SAN FRANCISCO CA ******** ****** -* ***.** I am requesting you issue a full refund or at least a more reasonable charge for clean up as it was not urine and was simply water or beer he had on the back of his pants from sitting in a wet chair at the bowling alley before she picked us up to take home. Due to my brothers disabilities and the fact that he medically could not have urinated I would hope that you would kindly refund the $. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you're able to offer as I would hate to have to take further action involving a person that has a disability the court systems would likely side with that person.
