This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

Hello. I was charged for a ride I did not receive. I was trying to set up a ride for the following morning. I canceled and the driver canceled. However my money was not returned. Please fix this issue as quick as possible.
