I am sending an Uber twice a day to take and return my granddaughter home from work . I have had several trips, the latest one today, *-**-**. The map screen says they will be there in * minutes today, then ** minutes, then ** minutes, then ** minutes. When I called her, she says the map In her vehicle keeps changing to something else, and to call another Uber. This has happened * times, which makes her late for work. Due to today’s mess, she was * hour late, and will probably get fired. Thanks, Uber, for being so undependable!
