Cancellation fees*While I understand the need for this policy, I did not request the cancellation, the driver did. This was after I had contacted him, to let him know I was waiting for him at Terminal *B door. Once he arrived he called me to located me, I was at the wrong level and told him that I would take the elevator down to meet him.*It took less than two minutes, but this driver decided not to wait an cancelled my ride, causing me to wait for another ** minutes.*I have used Uber a handful of times this year with mixed results. About half the time your drivers are late or way too early. A score of **% is failing in most schools, so I will look elsewhere for my future transportation needs and advise others to do the same.*Curt Haussmann
