The Uber driver arrived in a tiny car in poor condition no room for the luggage in the trunk I had identified that we were trying to get to Logan Airport he had no idea said that the Uber app doesn't tell them where the customer wants to go and then left on top of that there is no way to communicate with customer service your websites thanks the inability to reach a human is ridiculous and there isn't even a simple way to text or email someone
