Thursday **, **** I've confirmed a ride and was waiting for the GPS on my phone to locate a driver. I waited a minute or * for a ride to be located, but I couldn't wait any longer. So I hit cancel, and a message appeared on my phone that a driver would be there in a * minutes. However if I were to canceled the ride, then a fee would be applied. I had canceled the ride before a driver was located and * minutes should be ample time to cancel a ride without being charged. So Please do not charge me.* Your costumer
