This morning I requested a Uber X at *:**am. The drivers name is Arturo Alfonso, he drives a Toyota C-HR LA**. He did not show up to my house, he did not pick me up and on the app it said that I was on the ride. I attempted to call him ** times which he sent me to voicemail each time I called him. How can you guys have people driving for you that do not pick up the passengers? Why would he drive for you if he does not do his job. I would like my $*.** sent back to my card because this is just so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. If he didn’t want to take me he should not have accepted the ride then. People don’t just have money lying around. I would like this issued handled post haste. If this is the way your drivers do business then maybe me and my family members should start taking lift. This is the second time one of your drivers has done this and I still have not gotten back my $** from the last time. Thank you. I look forward to your reply.
