Hi, I am unable to order an Uber because the app says I have an outstanding balance of $**.**. The only thing I can see is that the Am Ex tied to the account has an expiration date of *****. My expiration date is now *****. I have tried to delete the old card from the account but it keeps re appearing. I have added the new card a couple times so now I have * cards (all the same card * and working for all other purchases at any establishment) in my account info. please feel free to pay the balance on the account with the card on the account, so I can use UBER again. I have no idea why there would be a balance on the account and this is very frustrating. As you can see I have not used the account in quite some time. Thank you
