Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-jefeese will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. You emailed me that my car insurance was ready to expire. I replied to your email, telling you that the policy has been renewed. Then you emailed me a couple days later that the policy had expired. Did anybody read my reply??* My renewal includes the Gap Insurance. That's why I haven't started driving yet. The renewal period began yesterday, Sept. **th.**I sent this to you on **** in the "Chat" routine:*Hi.* I* added Gap insurance to my policy effective with the renewal. My effective start with Uber will be Monday, ****. I expect to have my smart phone by the end of this week. Then I will go online and review any tips, etc. on using it and I will download the app. Thanks for all your help!*PS-What happened to the Chat routine??
