Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-mauireal will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. ** September ******UBER’s constant “recurring” situation, of not updating drivers trips so they can’t cash out and there by holding the drivers money… *Has made the drivers decide to just switch over and NOT drive for Uber while that’s happening and to ONLY drive for Lyft ....** We all know drivers work with BOTH apps...*So that is easy to accomplish !! *In short, Uber’s continual, frequent “withholding”*of the Drivers money is shifting them to use the LYFT app. & Riders use both apps as well.**Furthermore, *Other Lyft drivers state these issues*Of keeping the Drivers money doesn’t happen with LYFT!! YOU ARE LOSING DRIVERS & RIDERS TO LYFT BY CONSTANTLY WITHHOLDING DRIVERS INSTANT ACCESS TO THE MONEY THEY WORKED*FOR!! *I’m NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING PAID ONCE A WEEK!! I ONLY DO THIS SO I CAN CASH OUT DAILY!!*****£It’s been ** hrs. of this issue...I need to CASH OUT TODAY...!!!*****All the local drivers are telling their local Riders to just use the Lyft app because they’ll be using..,that so you again or losing all your business to Lyft by not fixing this issue and letting it reoccur over and over!!**PLEASE MAKE THE MONEY I WORKED FOR AVAILABLE TO ME TODAY...!! **I’VE COMPLETED @ *,*** trips FOR UBER DO YOU REALLY REALLY WANT TO LOSE ME COMPLETELY*TO LYFT?! ***Sincerely,*Tiana Scott****.***.******MauiRealtyN*****@***.com
