This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

So this morning I ordered for a carpool uber from my house to the San rafael transit the driver said it was at location which was suppose to be my home but when I walked outside they weren't there I even walked up to the main st and no sign of them anywhere than I get a notice saying they canceled and left and still charged me a $*.** fee plus the original cost of $**.** so my question is that I need a refund for the money that was charged they never completed the ride so why take my money? and she was not at my location what so ever please I need a refund it's not fair and they need to know exactly thier location they get lost and give up and cancel not cool people are depending on them to get to work in the AM!!!!!!!!!!!
