I ordered an Uber today from Universal cabana bay to premium outlet mall and he went to wrong place to start off with then finally arrived. Not good service*Return booking told driver exactly where I’d be. He wasn’t there. Phoned him and I could understand what he was saying told him tome and time again where I was. He didn’t show and now XI’ve been charged for journey. Well you can refund that and start sorting out drivers to follow simple instructions about pick up point
