My son took a uber from his friends house back home. It is less than *** a mile away and less than a few minute ride.***.The uber driver said he was outside of the house. My son went out there and he was not there so he went back in. A few minutes later the uber driver again stated he was outside and my son went out there. I see a $.** charge for "waiting". I'd like that removed.***. I see a $*.** tolls, surcharges and fees charge. What is that for. It is less than a *** mile away on a residential street.**The ride in question happened on Sunday, August **, **** in Merrick for Colby.***. Lastly, I see numerous charges from Uber on my American Express card. My children are on my family account. I am the primary account holder. If there are other accounts listed for Jamie, Jake or Colby Gargiulo please remove them as my American express is somehow connected to those. I only authorize my main account to be used.
