Respected Sir * Madam ,*I'd booked a cab today in the morning from my Mobile No. - ********** .*For going to Ruby Clinic Hall .*I am giving this complaint because the driver doesn't have a sense of responsibility that patient must reach on the time of appointment taken on **:**am **For confirmation I called the person at **:**am on No. - ********** then he told me that I am coming in ** minutes but he cancelled the ride after ** minutes & then next driver reaching time shows ** min more .**So , I cancelled the ride . This should not be done with anyone whether patient or not .*I am requesting you to take it seriously & such mistake must not happen in future with no one .**Thank You .
