I got off the airplane went to my uber app where I had both a gift card and a promo and got all the way to confirming my location for pick up. I was then asked to verify payment. I put in the gift card number received a response that it was already loaded in my account and then nothing! In the end a friend used her uber app and paid for my ride at a higher cost without the promo which I will reimburse her for while you sit with the promo and gift card in your uber account and I am left disgusted. On Thu I have to return to the airport with a pick up of * am and I cannot trust the app to do it. Best resolution is for you to contact me and tell me how you will make this right. Originally I thought maybe it had something to do with the fact that the phone has no email address but that doesn't make sense since you loaded the card and the promo without one!
