This morning I checked how much it would be to take Uber to a certain location. I didn't want to take Uber then, so I didn't approve the transaction. I exited out of the applications. I went back on Uber to see how much it would be to go to another location and a message popped up saying I owed $**.** from my last trip. I didn't use Uber and I didn't approve the ride. What is going on? I use Uber all the time. I am very disappointed and upset with Uber. I hope this has just been a mistake on your part. I don't want to start using Lyft.
