Just get communication from Uber as to where her glasses ended up. We know they were turned in, they were supposed to be mailed to us, then silence and ignoring our requests for more information. ... My wife's glasses fell out in an Uber car on July *. We reported it that day and two days later the driver contacted us and said he had turned them in to a Greenlight Hub. They told us to come pick them up, but we live about two hours away, so we asked them to mail them to us. They said they would and asked for our mailing address which we provided. All seemed fine to that point, but then it went whacky. We waited then after a while we got a message vaguely apologizing for some undefined issue and when we asked what the issue was, we got silence. After about four unanswered emails, I went back through the app, reporting the loss again. They wrote back and thanked us for our patience, but didn't give any details. After a couple more emails, they said they hadn't heard back from the Greenlight Hub. Then after a couple more emails, they said: Sorry we can't respond - that case is closed, or something to that effect. So ** days later we still don't know what is going on or where the glasses are and we can't contact them. Their help app is a farce - it won't even let us in. I put in ID and PW and filled out a whole thing JUST to log on. Then they are supposed to send a four digit code, which still hasn't come but they did send a nice no reply email saying - reply to this email. This is all JUST to log on to my account so I can submit a request for help!!!! They put so many barriers up between you and any real help. Ridiculous. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY ** YEARS OF LIFE!!!!!! Just give me a number or give me an explanation - just don't ignore me! Amazing. Our Driver was Mukhriddin on July * at *:** pm from Newark Airport to the Arrowwood Doral hotel in Rye Brook. We were willing to pay for the shipping and if they had said: "no," we would have driven down to get the $*** glasses. But they said they would ship and didn't ask for anything more from us...then they ignored us, obviously lost the glasses, and closed the case. Amazing....
Just tell us what is going on - the rare responses we got were non-informative...and to "close the case" without any resolution...very frustrating!
Have someone respond to us with a phone call and tell us what happened between when they said they would mail the glasses and now.

Uber is aggravating because if you call their line they send you to email or the app and we aren't getting responses from those sources.
