This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

My daughter, who is a person with a disability, was overcharged for a ride. She was charged $***.** for a *.** mile trip that took ** minutes. How GetHuman-annlgla fixed the problem
Uber does not have phone support but I was able with much effort to find a way to dispute the erroneous charge by scrolling to the date and specifics of the trip in question. At that point there is a menu bar at top of trip information with * choices. By requesting the trip review I was able to send an email to Uber to dispute the charge. Uber responded very quickly but did not resolve the dispute. I sent a response email with more information and it resolved and a refund of $***. Was issued for a trip that should have been $*.**.
