get to work on time. not lose my job. ... i purchased a $** uber gift card which i uploaded to my account. i did this so i would be able to get to work the following morning. the following morning uber would not let me use the credits i had already uploaded to pay for a previous trip that i owed around $* on still. so therefore i was unable to order a ride at that time. which i then panicked and uploaded my moms credit card pnto my acct which for some reason unbenounced to me continue to gove me problems. not allowing me to pay what i owed in order to get a ride. finally paid it. then realized uber had stolen $** of the $** i uploaded from goft card which then left me with not enough to get where i needed to go. needless to say i lost my job that day thanks to uber and their applications incompetence. I am extremely pissed off about this and i demand something be done to compensate me for what your application has caused me to lose. not only the $** that was stolen from my account but all the other money i no longer am able to make because i was FIRED due to ubers stupidity!!! now i demand to know what is going to be done about this?!... get back to me ascfast as uberly possible. and i expect my $** not in uber credits but as a refund bc i will never use uber again so i wont be needing anymore credits. now what of my lost job huh?!!!?...
its entirely their fault. due to faulty app and them stealing my money from me as well
i lost my job. so i need to be compensated for that and a refund for my $** uber card also
ive beem a loyal uber rider until now
tried contacting on four selerate occasions now with absolutely no response
