I was refunded for an issue that Happened a couple months ago resulting in a $* credit to my account. Since the incident, I have added at least * separate $** Uber gift cards to my account and I have taken several rides with Uber. Every ride has used my gift card money to pay and has not used the $* credit. I have explained this to them several times and keep getting stupid replies. I have tried everything they said to do and the $* is still not being used, it just stays there and uses up my other payment options. Once my other payment options are depleted it still will not allow me to use the $* credit because it's only usable if you have money available on other payment options. So I add another $** to my account and take a ride and it still does not use that $*. It's ridiculous.
GetHuman-kride did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
