I then had to contact uber again for the trip, which made me late for dr. appt. I was charged two times for that trip. for the * trips and the trip home, all * charges were different using the same route
I was late to my dr. appt. I waited on the first driver, and it showed that CHRISTINE was on her way. then I was cancelled and had to schedule another ride. very frustrating that I was charged for two trips. please refund one trip.
