Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-eangus will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-eangus's own words
I requested an Uber to drive me from Newport, Rhode Island, to take me to the Boston airport. Roughly a *:** min drive. The Uber driver “Maria” accepted the ride at *:** am for a trip fair of $***.**. After eating ten minuets for her to arrive, I get in her car, buckle up, and she proceeds to tell me that she will not take me to the airport and refused the trip. Frustrated and confused, I got out of her vehicle. I tried to contact another Uber. Minuets later after contacting her, the ride fare went up to over $***. As I was trying to contact a new Uber, Maria continued to accept my ride. From *:**-*:**am I had to cancel on her * times. Until I finally found a different Uber. Now, because of Maria, I am running late to my flight, and I am paying $*** more than the original fair because Maria the Uber driver accepted the fair, and then refused. But the moment the fair had increased double, she wanted to accept the ride again. This is ubsured. I believe that I should be paying the original fair of $***.**, and NOT $***.**, because the Uber driver refused me. This is not my fault and I should not be responsible for the outrageous actions of the Uber driver. Some assistance to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
