Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-rys will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-rys's own words
Get refund ... I was charged a “cleaning fee’ of $***.** on my ride Aug ** ****.*The pictures of vomit provided are dated Aug ** ****, grey leather not tan, don’t show the scuffed upholstery driver rear, sharpie marking on the back of the head rest passenger front. The addresses are wrong. I take Uber every morning to my job at a utility company which can show security footage where I entered vehicle. I also have supplied these points to Uber via pictures but can’t get anyone to acknowledge or contact me.
I spend $** every morning to get to work & sometimes after work to get hone. $*** a week
Refund & apology
I always help the drivers easily find location, never get upset at a mistake, & even made sure a driver got paid when he ran late picking me up & was credited the ride.
Tried Uber help, customer service line, direct email, Uber help portal, the single response was too had so sad despite the above doctored photos dated tomorrow. The seats in picture didn’t even match the vehicle I rode in.
