I keep getting trips that says premium long trips but they're short trips I need somebody to talk to somebody about this because I can't be taking these short trips for $*.** or $*.** gas is much higher than that so I would not be accepting any more trips that is $*.** or $*.** it doesn't make sense and you know where I'm going before I get there so I need to talk to somebody because it's just don't seem Fair. When the Call Comes in it says premium trip long trip and I have that for five trips like that and it's short trips less than a mile I will not accept any more trips like that I will tell the customer that they need to call another Uber so please give me a call at area code ***-***-**** I need to discuss this with someone.
GetHuman-fishtimo did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
