Trying to go home from the grocery store ... On August *,I requested a pickup at whole foods in Hyde park Chicago **** S Lake Park**after an usual wait, i contact the driver, she stated she is out front waiting for me. I explain to her that's not possible, because i am out front. I repeated the address to her. after a few more minutes of waiting I call and told her i need to cancel the trip . she said no! I am on my way.*bottom line the driver refuse to listen to me.*it was extremely hot that day. she told me she is not familiar with the city. she was only going by the GPS, i am the client and I was trying to support her. Terrible trip bad experience and plus i was double charge. so unfair.
