This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

Hello, it was so hard to find this or even a number to contact you guys. I still can’t find a number but that’s okay. Yesterday I took an Uber to go to soldier field but not even half way to it my friend and I got out the car bc it was taking forever. The traffic was so bad and the time of us reaching there was so long. He refunded back my money but now it’s saying i still got charged. I wanted to know why I got charged for it when I didn’t even reach my destination. The amount it was taking us on a car my friend and I could of just walked and we did. Idk why I got charged when I even got a refund back. On my bank statement it said I got my money back but when I checked again I got charged for it.
GetHuman-rumla did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
