It's been a month and no one's getting back to me about issues with my account. I already have an active account but couldn't get into it so I tried making another just so happens around the same time I got into my original account. Every time I reach out to support that quickly end the chat with( our specialist but get back with you about this matter)and never does. In this day in age it's easy for me to think that I'm being discriminated against but on the same token in this day in age it's hard to believe that discrimination is still a thing especially when it comes to driving two of my white co-workers recently signed up to see how long it would take for their backgrounds and all to pass before they can drive both ** hours but yet and still a month and a week later I'm still waiting on why I'm being held up no one sent me a background report which has not changed since Uber first pass me to drive for them I'm not sure what to think all I know is that my white friends didn't take long at all but it's taking forever and I know there's nothing major on my background because nothing has changed since the last time they approve me but like I said this day in age.
