This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

Hello, Uber : I wrote yesterday, but will continue to until I receive a response. I called Uber for a ride to a garage...to pick up my car. I received a call from a driver saying the GPS had him at the Garden State Parkway ! Then, I was told he was led to a town near Sayreville or Morgan. After about ** minutes, I gave up waiting and paid a person in the gym to take me to Port Monmouth, just before they closed. I even received another call, from a different Uber driver (or rep? ), but by then I was alredy * minutes from my intended destination. The driver(s) were courteous, and told me they were sorry.. Anyway, I was assured I would not be billed for a ride that simply never happened, in no way my fault whatsoever. I'm writing to you, because I received an e-mail informing me of a $*.** fee for cancelling the ride. That is totally uncalled for, and I'm sure after you check into this, you'll agree . Please send me confirmation that no charge will be debited from my account. Thank you. Gary D. Kamil
