Help with my Uber issue

I was told fee was to be. *.** for trip from double tree airport in last Vegas to bellagio hotel. It was to tAke ** min. Driver Cheresa got lost trip took over * hour. She refused follow her gps. I had * passengers with me. They knew by using their phones driver lost. At best or highjacked us at worse. We were scared and unable get out. Driver went to nearly a Dam outside Lad Vegas. Into Henderson. Nightmare for family with me. She finally got us there and at end trip before got us there became abusive verbally. My uber bill over ** **. Driver said I would not be charged for her getting us lost . said my bill would still be *.**. HELP me please.
GetHuman-hhilton did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
