A Friend of mine requested an Uber in his app and I rode with him. I forgot an item in the veichle. We followed the instructions in the app, providing my phone number so that Uber could call me and put me in touch with the driver, however, I never received a call. **Using the Uber help platform, I messaged that company explaining the situation. They replied stating that we should message from my friends phone, since he requested the ride. He messaged them, but they don’t answer.**I am not sure why Uber won’t call me to put me in touch with the driver or respond to my friends messages. Is there any chance it is a problem with his account? If so, how should I proceade to contact the drive and retrieve my lost item?
