To whom it may concern,***I have to admit I am very disappointed with Uber, I have used the Uber service on numerous occasions to & from Perth airport.***I called Uber as we were leaving Terminal *, domestic, the driver called me & I confirmed where we were standing,he did not arrive. My husband walked up & down, we could not see the car, next thing we saw him drive past in the outside lane ,picking his nose & driving very fast & I then get a message to say the trip was cancelled. ***We had to get a taxi home which cost us $**.**.***I am very upset with Uber as we have always found them very prompt every time we have used them.***Please could someone call me on ********** to discuss this situation ?? or email if preferred ??***Thanks Paula
