Trying to figure out if I can book a ride in advance from the Denver airport to Colorado Springs on Thursday, August *nd at * p.m. The help desk tells me to click the car icon next to" where to," but that icon doesn't show up on my phone or computer. I would like to know that a ride is waiting for me when my United flight lands in Denver on Thursday at *:**, and how much it would cost, but can't seem to get that information.
GetHuman-jjelliff did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.

Found out Uber does not reserve ahead leaving FROM an airport, so gave up my quest.
