i am a new customer to Uber and tried using the services via my app on my phone. I put in the my exact location and waited for my uber to arrive, the first one was cancelled. Then I ordered another Uber putting in a new location further down the road. I called the woman to confirm my address and time of pick up. I waited until i was called back by the Uber driver and told she could not find my location, she then told me the address was not on her route. BOTH times i put in my exact address and the UBER app kept changing it, I should not be charged because the app was not working properly and i will most likely not use this UBER service again if I cannot be reimbursed for these cancelled rides.*I am not happy with the service I was given through Uber at all.
