I called an Uber yesterday to go the pnc art center, homdel nj. *It canme back that the contacted * drives and then was sent what driver will be coming. It said the Uber will be here in ** minutes for **$. The time kept fluctuating with ** min * min * min back to ** min ** min. After ** minutes or so I called the driver to ask how long will he be here since it's been so long. He replied thst he was sorry and Stuck in traffic and his gps said another ** minutes. I asked if he can cancel me and he said I had to cancel it. I did that. Was then given another driver for now around **$. *Since I had to get a new credit card before I started I entered on the new Amex card and deleted three old cards on my account, when I requested the new driver it went back to my old card and the other three I deleted appeared again. I updated the cards again and this time Uber was **$ when I erased the other old cards. I accepted since I was so late already for a concert that I was attending at the pnc. *The driver came in ** minutes and had a great drive there. *My issue is that if the driver was really thst far away and other drivers were available he should not of accepted my call. *Not only did I wait for him for ** min amd I had to cancel cause he was still in traffic and he advised me tha it would be at least another ** min. I needed to get to my concert so I canceled called another driver amd after three times entering my new credit card and erasing my old cards it kept making me reorder a car which kept jacking up the rate and surge charge and I had tickets so I needed to go so I did accept . *I do not feel I should have to pay almost triple the cost for a driver who gave a wrong time by *( minutes. Amd ur system kept erasing old credit cards but they appeared back after each time. *I have no problem paying the **$ but do not feel in anyway to have to pay **.**. Especially because my payment kept having to be renteted cause me to keep ordering cars driving up the price.*I would like to speak to someone to solve my issue. *Thank you for hearing my complaint.
