Go from Woodland Hills, CA to Glendale, CA ... ******** I requested an Express Pool from Woodland Hills to Glendale. The first time I tried the driver did not come and the trip was cancelled by Uber. I was charged $**.**. Then I tried an Express Pool again and the pickup was quite bit further than the original and I did not get there in time and the trip was cancelled by Uber. I was charged $**.** for that one. I know I will probably have to pay the $* cancelation fee for both but I would like a refund for $**.** & $**.**. This is Barbara Sawyer. Email *****@***.com
*st the car did not come to the location indicated. then my app on my phone updated in the middle of this. when it came back up the ride was cancelled by Uber but I was charged $**.** for the ride. then I tried the Express Pool again and it wanted me to walk a log further. I did not make it and Uber again cancelled the trip but charged me $**.**. I understand that I might have to pay the $* cancellation fee but I feel that I should receive a refund for the two rides I didn't take.
You could make this right be refunding $**.** and $**.** for a total of **.**
I've been a customer for about a year and before this have totally loved the service and refer people to it whenever I can.
I tried to dispute the charge but all I could find on the Uber App was to dispute the $*.** cancellation fee, which I tried to do but not sure if it worked.
