I spent over an hour trying to get the Uber app on my smart phone last night at the airport. I had one code for $** off my *st ride and * other codes to get $** off my *st ride. There was no way to enter the codes! My driver told me to simply call Uber today and get things ironed out. Well . . . . you can't "Call" Uber. I've been in a computer loop for over ** minutes at work, when I should be working trying to log on to my account. Keeps sending me to reset my password. If this isn't fixed within ** hours I will dispute my ride and it's payment charge to my AmEx account. Maybe this will get your attention and prevent you from loosing a very very new customer?
