For my *:**PM Uber Pool ride on Wednesday, July **, the driver, Mark, in a Ford Fusion *DLM**, cancelled the ride before picking me up at my location. As a result, I was charged the original fare, $**.**, and a cancellation fee, $**.**. Even though my receipt was changed - I was charged $* instead of the $**.** - that original fare is still missing. Using Uber Help, I was able to get the cancellation fee reimbursed. However, it was put on my Uber account as credit, instead of my bank account. In addition, the Uber GPS, as I was informed by another driver who picked me up (I had to pay for a second Uber Pool ride from a different driver), did not lead them to my location. This was of no fault of my own. As a result, I would like to be completely reimbursed for the first Uber drive, as the driver, Mark, never picked me up. This includes the $**.**, $*, and $**.**. I would like it to be put back in the bank account that Uber had initially withdrawn from.
GetHuman-arielleg did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.

Go to help.uber.com, sign in, and choose the Uber ride in question. Then, click the link "I had a different issue." There should be a section at the bottom of that resulting page that you can type up the details of your dilemma. You will then get an email from an Uber customer support personnel, to which you can reply.
