I do not have an Uber account. There are multiple charges deducted from my bank account from Uber. I found a charge dispute form (after hours of looking for some type of contact information). I received a reply stating they are here to help and they found a first name on the account that my banking * Debit card was linked to and asked "if I knew anyone with the name Bonnie?" and they would move forward after I replied with the answer. I have tried to reply ** times, but I keep getting a automatic message saying " my email was not received by Uber because I have to use the same email as I did in my initial contact. I HAVE BEEN USING THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS. My email address is even shown at the bottom of their email to me* therefore, I can verify that there is no error in email addresses. This has left me with NO options to get ahold of them so this can be rectified, and everyday there are more charges accruing. Last resort is to cancel my bank card however, this will cause way more time and issues because of having to remember to change it on all my auto drafts. I have not done this yet because I received a reply and thought it was being taken care of. I can't believe with a company this big and known that it is impossible to reach absolutely no one, in any way at all. I have spent an embarrassing amount of time with this already and downloading the app and setting up an account is way too high of a risk for it to be an option, I have zero faith that by doing all of that, I fear I will be in the same predicament as now, no way of receiving assistance.
