I have yet to hear from Uber regarding my request. How does one register a complaint with Uber about customer service. My experience with customer service was very unsatisfactory.

I was trying to address a billing problem* specifically charges made to my credit card by another account ... I tried to cancel the use of my credit card on my daughters's account. Got no help from Uber so cancelled card. Have been trying for weeks to contcat Uber about porr customer service and get robotic responses to e-mails. I keep asking "how do i register a compliant with Uber about customer support?" Is there an answer to this question? *Apparently uber has no mechanism to respond to my question.
Uber responded to emails but never addressed the core issue. The responses from Uber were robotic. I was engaged in a chain of responses that made no sense. I kept asking the same question and received the same nonsensical responses from different people. Uber support has ignored my request to register a complaint about the customer support experience.
At this point all I am asking for is to be able to make a formal compliant to Uber regarding the poor quality of customer service*support.
I am not a good customer but my request should not be ignored and treated with respect.
