I am so confused. So I set up an email account for myself and I have a password, all good, but it won't allow me to put my mobile into the profile. My daughter has used my mobile number to set up an account but it has an old email address in the profile. She cannot change the email on her app, it says contact uber support. She wants to put my email address in to the profile as it is my phone number that she used to set up the account and I would like to have it. She is thinking of cancelling the account altogether so I can put the mobile number into my account I have set up for myself. My daughter has also set up a new account for herself with her own mobile, all good. Do you think she should cancel the account that has my mobile in it so I can get my mobile back??
