The issue in GetHuman-milliero's own words
I piad for an uber pool at the price of *.** but when the driver arrives to pick me up he refused to take me to my destination then went on to tell me to cancel. I cancelled then paid a $* cancellation fee. From that point I made a complaint from the app and was credited $* to my uber app. I then went on to book another ride to get me to my destination which the cost was $**.**. I chose the option to use my $* credit and it didn’t work and I was charged the full $**.**. I would like my full $*.** refunded to my account for the first ride along with the $* I spent when the ride credit didn’t work.
GetHuman-milliero did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
