I have been trying to get in touch with you since ******* and I am still not sure if this is the right medium. This is not the first time this has happened and I have had to suffer the loss. Please refund the total amount to my account, as I did not authorize this payment. I would like to know who used my bank card, I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH UBER.
