I am * person with* carry on. I do not need uberx. I was only given a choice of uberx or limo on my phone when requesting a ride. ... I traveled from Newark Liberty Int'l Airport to Teaneck, NJ on *******, and from Teaneck back to Newark Liberty on *******. Both rides were unusually expensive and in SUV's. I was only given UberX or Limousine for my ride choices when requesting Uber on my phone. I feel cheated and do not want this to happen again. How can I get regular Uber when I call for one?
This was more expensive than I had ever paid for the same trip which I have done many times.
