Pay the proper fare ... Entered the correct pick up location and the incorrect drop off location. I realized I made a mistake because the fare was too high. I called the driver to change the drop off location. He asked me to text it to him which I did. This was all done BEFORE the driver made the pick up. Uber didn't change to fare to the proper drop off location. I need this issue fixed . If not , I am filing a complaint with the NYC taxi and limousine commission , putting a stop on my credit card , and never using your services again. I so angry now , I am considering blasting ***,*** emails to my clients , and asking them to send to all of there clients. All because of a $**.** fake charge

My family has been a customer of Uber for a few years. I am fairly new. My impression now is that Uber are a bunch of thieves.
Emailed Uber to no avail. Didn't realize what a low life company they are .
