Help with my Uber issue

To get Uber to egg knowledge the promotional rate on the specific route they asked me to select is more expensive than not being part of their promotional program that requires an upfront payment ... Uber offered and I bought a ride pass. Purchase required selecting one route for a flat rate with **% off all other routes. Problem after purchase I discovered that the one route selection price was higher with the promotion then it was without the promotion giving the impression of a fraudulent promotional offer * More than a dozen attempts to explain this to Uber versus the in app help was fruitless and antagonizingly upsetting *Uber promised to resolve but has done absolutely nothing —today I feel the promotional offer was a scam and I’m just about to contact the state of Florida Attorney General’s office to see if there’s a cause for action against Uber-Uber promised to resolve but has done absolutely nothing *I still wanted the ride pass but Uber without asking me stripped it away from me. Instead of trying to resolve the promotional lie. I want the ride pass but I want the route to be offered at a true promotional rate not a higher rate than without the promotion. Again no one at Uber will respond to my specific request they just talk nonsense in their responses
Fraudulent promotions could get them find they could get class action lawsuits against them they could potentially lose their rights to offer services in certain markets and or states
I want my ride pass reinstated but I want a fair and reasonable promotional rate as promised on my selected frequently used route
I have been a loyal Uber rider for quite a few years I use it frequently I’ve been a big fan of the service I don’t appreciate being cheated however
I tried Twitter I tried Facebook I’ve tried all the means I know how and have resources with and they have ignored me completely I got one email through the app saying they were going to address this at a higher level but then they never responded back ever again
I have an issue with Uber too
