Requested an Uber today at **:** pm at the SanDiego airport. BEFORE I called, I went to the airport Visitor*Help desk to inquire as to the location of the Uber pick up location. Uber sent me to "Terminal *, position T*" which was precisely where I was sent by airport personnel and where I was standing when the driver called inquiring where I was. I don't know what happened, but I apparently went to the correct place, and the driver was somewhere else. Driver charged me $*.**.**What the heck is up with that?!**And not that I really give a hoot, but I'm likely to be rated poorly by the driver for what appears to be your ***** up. Sorry, but I am not a happy guy with all this....
