The driver arrived and did not have the drop-off address and asked me to leave the car and cancel the trip I did so, asked for another car that, finally, took me to Sullivan Street. However, now I see that you are charging me for two trips, one for $**.** - that I never took - and another for $**.** - the real one. Please rectify the situation!
