I left my cell phone in my last Uber ride Tuesday June **th about ***pm. The driver's name is Giovanni. I went through the Uber prompts found in my email to know avail. I've called my cell* repeatedly it rings repeatedly then goes to voicemail. I clicked the "Track it down feature" found in my email receipt of my last ride. I supposedly was connected to the Uber driver's * it rang several times then went to voicemail. The message said "voicemail not set up" so I can't leave a message. I tried all of this from my work phone multiple times yesterday from my work phone over a ** hour period. It's as if the driver stopped answering his phone after he dropped me off. This is ridiculous. A multi Billion dollar corpora tion takes money for services from the public and has no customer service lines with real people to resolve issues. I'm connected to Robots. I will contact every Federal Agency I can find for my complaints. I will contact Social Media "** Minutes" "** Hours" etc to see if there is in interest in doing a story.
