This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

Requested a Uber ride From DCA to two stops in Maryland. The driver charged me **.** to my house in Potomac, Maryland which I anticipated. The next stop was * miles away in Bethesda, Maryland and I was charged another **.**. I believe this is excessive since I wasn’t notified what the second charge would be. I’m extremely disappointed in your fee structure in the DC area. I’m curious why the fee structure is less in Charleston for Uber rides. I spent a total of **.** for a ** mile one way or a total of ** miles round trip. Plus you want us to tip the drivers? I would appreciate a phone call please. ***-***-****.
