Help with my Uber issue

Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-jessjarm will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-jessjarm's own words
I ordered a Uber Pool at *:** this morning. The map said the driver was ** minutes away as they were dropping off another passenger. Fine, but when I kept looking at the app they were taking longer and longer and then I saw that my Pool driver had changed? Okay, same thing. I waited and it was taking forever and then I saw that the driver changed AGAIN! This time when it was taking longer than it was supposed to I called the driver, "Anthony" and he said he was * minutes away. Then I saw on the map he was headed in the wrong direction and called again to which he then told me I no longer appeared on his list even though Uber still had him as my driver! He told me he was now driving another Uber X passenger and wasn't going to pick me up.I need to be at work by *:** and it was getting late so I finally had to call an Uber X myself. So, I wound up getting to work a half hour late AND had to pay $**.** instead of half that. Uber really messed up today. I expect a complete refund and hope I wasn't charged any cancellation fees as I never cancelled any of my Uber Pool rides this morning- they cancelled me!
